Human Resources Manager
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a human resources role, preferably as a manager or supervisor
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR software and tools
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
As the Human Resources Manager at Villar Auto Pros, you will play a critical role in managing our most important asset: our people. You’ll oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Your ability to develop effective HR policies and promote a positive workplace culture will be key to our success.
In this role, you will work closely with management and employees at all levels to ensure that HR practices are aligned with business objectives. You will handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism, and you’ll strive to make Villar Auto Pros a great place to work.
