Sales Associate
Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and our specific products and services
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools

As a Sales Associate at Villar Auto Pros, you will drive our company’s revenue growth. You’ll engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the right products and services. Your ability to build strong customer relationships and close sales will directly contribute to our bottom line.
In this role, you will interact directly with our customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding each customer’s needs, and promoting our services effectively.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and objections in a professional and effective manner
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with new products and services
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to improve sales strategies and processes
