SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT DETAILS
In this Service Agreement, the terms “Villar Auto Pros” may be referred to as “we” or “our” and it will pertain to its employees, managers, & members. “You” and “your” will refer to you as the “customer” or anyone acting on your behalf, which includes agents, friends, or family members. The services performed on your vehicle will be referred to as “detail,” “wash,” “service,” “repair,” “protection,” “coating,” “wrap,” “tinting,” and “glass repair.”
Villar Auto Pros will not accept a job without a signed “Service Agreement” by the customer. By using any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement without modification.
SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENTS
All prices listed on our website provide an idea of the cost for each particular service and are not the “Total Cost” or final agreed-upon price. All Final Costs will be provided in writing on one of our Service Orders at the time of visual inspection (good for up to 5 days as long as conditions remain the same) or upon drop-off of the vehicle at our shop.
Reservations and the time allocated for each service are estimates and the actual service performed by us may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and/or unforeseen delays. The actual service may take less or more time.
A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve a time for any and all services at the time of booking, whether it be in person or online. The balance is due upon completion of any and all services. You will forfeit your deposit if you do not reschedule or cancel the appointment within 24 hours.
Payments can be made in Cash, Check, Credit Card, or PayPal. Checks must be made out to Villar Auto Pros. There will be a $50 fee for non-sufficient funds on a check.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Services are performed by appointment only. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations will forfeit the $20 deposit.
VEHICLE STORAGE FEES
Vehicles dropped off a day before the appointment or not picked up by the end of closing hours will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee unless approved and agreed upon by a manager in writing on the service order.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
You must obtain and maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage, including physical damage. Villar Auto Pros will not be liable for any damage to the vehicle, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances, including natural elements, terrorist acts, etc.
FINAL COST AND FEES
We must provide each customer with an initial handwritten Estimate or Service Order Form once the vehicle has been visually inspected by us, providing you with a total cost and time estimate for the requested service. Our written Estimates are valid for up to 5 days.
SERVICE QUALITY
We strive to provide you with the best customer service possible. A final walk-through inspection of the vehicle before it leaves our premises is required to address any concerns.
Depending on the service requested, you might have to sign a separate agreement detailing care information, warranties, etc., at the time of the service appointment.
MARKETING PURPOSES
I agree that Villar Auto Pros may use photographs, images, or videos of me and my property, with or without including my name, for lawful purposes such as publicity, illustration, advertising, and marketing.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
Villar Auto Pros will document the existing conditions of your vehicle upon arrival. You agree not to hold Villar Auto Pros liable for any damages that may have occurred before dropping the vehicle off at our facility.
By signing this Service Agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villar Auto Pros, its officers, directors, agents, successors, employees and assigns from any and all claims that may arise from the services provided, regardless of negligence or recklessness on the part of Villar Auto Pros.
